A succesful “COVID -19 Vaxathon” was held at the Rural Medical Clinic in Manilla Last Saturday.
The clinic ran on 28th August 2021 from 9am to 5pm. We performed over 170 vaccinations, with the majority being first doses.
A special thanks to Rose Foale (Manilla Hospital) for her assistance on the day, the Manilla RSL for lending us chairs for the clinic to use and the whole team at Rural Medical Clinic for giving up their Saturday, and for the hard work the week leading up to it, to make the clinic a big success.
Non-patients and patients alike are encouraged to call the clinic (02 6785 1095) to make a booking for their COVID-19 vaccinations. We do our best to run a clinic weekly and will continue to do so until it is no longer necessary. At this point we can only offer AstraZeneca but are hopeful to have Pfizer available in the coming weeks.
