The Manilla Hospital Auxiliary held their Annual General Meeting on the 21st July.
Committee members elected were Dianne Kneipp – President, Marie Flett – Vice President, Roxanne Lawson – Secretary, Sue Buffett – Treasurer, Treasurer’s assistant – Kate Berry, Publicity Officer – Joanne Dumughn and Patrons Bev Wells and Flo Biggendon. Congratulations to all.
Recently the Auxiliary purchased four newwheelchairs for the Manilla Health Service. Two being bariatric and an emergency trolley for ED.
Health Service Manager Rose Foale thanked Auxiliary on behalf of all the staff. Rose stated the items were in demand to be able to continue a service that is needed.
The Hospital Auxiliary would also like to claim the date – 11th September 2021 . On this date the Auxiliary are planning to hold a COVID safe Car Boot Sale at Johnson House. More details to come in the future.
